How does the vehicle arrive?

The vehicles are delivered partially assembled . Final assembly must be carried out by the customer according to the instructions provided with the product.

Important: this model is now designed to be mounted with two handlebar risers , although some older instructions may indicate a different configuration.

Assembly instructions:

  • Handlebars : Install the handlebars in the following order:
    handlebars → 2 clamps → mounting plate → screws
  • Fuse : Insert the fuse into its fuse holder before first use
Who delivers the goods?

The majority of our products are shipped on pallets , via specialized heavy goods carriers such as DSV , FedEx or DHL .

What to do in case of a problem?

If you encounter any problems, please contact us directly and send us photos or videos . Many issues can be resolved remotely .

If necessary, we will send replacement parts , the operation being simple and without complex mechanics.

And if the problem persists, we arrange for the return of the vehicle : the transporter comes to collect it so that it can be taken care of and repaired in our workshop as soon as possible.
